Shipping

All items are shipped within 1 business day of payment being received and are sent via Australia Post. Express Post is available as an option during checkout if you are needing your order superfast.

We aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible so if you are purchasing multiple items, and you order contains items with fixed shipping costs, please email us at sales@natureslittlecreations.com.au after placing your order to obtain a more accurate shipping quote.

International shipping

Yes we do ship worldwide using Australia Post. To obtain a quote for your shipping charges, please email us at sales@natureslittlecreations.com.au after placing your order.

 Natures Little Creations Return/Exchange Policy
We hope you are thrilled with your purchase, but if for any reason it doesn't meet your needs or expectations, the following is our policy and instructions for returning or exchanging.

What is Eligible for Return or Exchange?
Non sale stock may be returned or exchanged, if notified within 3 days of recieving your item, provided that the item has only been tried on and not worn or washed and are in ‘as new’ condition. Please note, “as-new” refers to both the product and its packaging. Discontinued styles, clearance items, and non-apparel items are a final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Who pays for return shipping?
Initial shipping fees as well as return shipping costs are not refundable. In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.

How Does a Product Exchange Work?
We don't want you to have to wait to get the right product, so go ahead and re-order by web or phone. Please note you will be billed a second time. When exchanging a product, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. A credit for the value of the exchanged product, plus shipping and less applicable discounts, will be issued when we receive the original order and it has passed inspection.

Missing Items in the Post?

Please note we do not hold accountable for missing items sent that have gone missing in the Post. Any lost items must be taken up with Australia Post.
