Beautifully crafted of Polyester and Nylon (exclusive of trim), the Rainbow Angel Costume is a light and airy gossamer confection that includes costume dress, layered in soft, chiffon ruffles and adorned with small pink silk flowers with green ribbon. Included wings made of soft, felt-like material with textured look and feel. Wings lined in felt and attach to back with elastic shoulder bands.
